Guided 30 minute meditation

Come once or twice a week to Lisa's guided meditation practice in English. This meditation practice focuses on breathing, sounds, sensations in the body, and other similar techniques to help quiet the mind and bring you into the present moment. Training in staying in the present moment results in developing calm and clarity. We practice mindfulness while sitting on a cushion or a chair in a quiet place so that we may eventually develop the ability to maintain a sense of calm and clarity throughout our lives. This practice is for people of all religions, all nationalities, anyone on the planet who is interested.
